Please be assured we will continue to use every precaution by following CDC guidelines when it comes to sanitizing and cleaning the retreat. If you are sick or have come in contact with someone exposed to COVID-19 we ask that you reschedule.
**The coordinator who makes the reservation for their group will be the one to gather the reservation forms and deposits. We also ask that the coordinator make sure these policies are enforced. * A credit card must be on file for incidentals and all guests must fill out and sign a registration form.
The home can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests:
Minimum to rent the retreat is 3 guests and 3-5 guests @ $900 and 6-7 guests @ $1155, over 7 -$165 per person. Please be advised that if under 7, other guests may join if minimums aren't paid.
The price is for Thursday-Sunday (or three consecutive nights) with check in being 3:00pm (can be earlier upon request) and check out at 3:00pm Sunday. Additional night can be added for $25 a night/per person up to 4 nights (5-7 nights would be the week rate) The retreat can be rented for an entire week (Monday 9am - Sunday 3pm) this includes a case of water (40), coffee (k-pods), tea, some paper products (enough toilet paper for the size of your group that should get you through the weekend, paper towels, storage bags) also chip snacks and the use of MANY stamps, die cuts, Circut machines and other supplies. *These prices include use tax which is 6% in MI. **If wanting to rent the house for any occasion other than crafting please message, call/text or email me for pricing and details.
A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your stay and the remaining will need to be paid 30 days prior to your reservation. We accept credit cards through Square (w/ a 4 % convenience fee, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THIS FEE WHEN PAYING BY CC OR DEBIT CARD, Reservation will not be complete if not included) Venmo, personal checks and money orders. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks. The $50 deposit plus the registration form can be mailed to Live, Laugh, Love to Craft Retreat at PO BOX 7, Richville, MI 48758, emailed or texted. No reservation will be held without a deposit and form.
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned so if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation, 30 days prior to your stay, we will give full refunds minus the deposit. No refunds will be given within 30 days of your stay or event. But we will do what we can to switch you to another weekend. Requests for refunds must be in writing, text, but email is preferred; livelaughlove2craftretreat@gmail.com.
* If Live, Laugh, Love to Craft Retreat should ever need to move or cancel your reservation through no fault of our own (flood, fire, natural disaster, critical mechanical failure, etc.) you can choose to have your reservation refunded in full (including the initial deposit) or transfer it to another available weekend of your choice within one year from original date of arrival. **Please be advised that if you lose power or internet through no fault of ours due to weather or power company, no refunds will be given but I will give some kind of discount on your next stay.
Weekend rentals start Thursday at 3:00 through Sunday, with check out being 3:00pm. (Early check ins or later check outs will be granted when available) Weekdays available with check in and outs negotiated. Please adhere to check out times.

NO SMOKING or OPEN FLAME of any kind are allowed in the house.

Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm. Please be respectful of neighbors if you are outside the retreat, either on the deck, patio or having a campfire. (If having a campfire please make sure fire is out completely before going in you will be held responsible for any damage) NO LOUD MUSIC
Absolutely NO taping, gluing, nailing, screwing, stapling decorations to any walls, trim, or floors within the retreat.
NO glitter or confetti
**NO crafting of any kind on the dining room table.**
Absolutely NO items may be removed from the house for any reason – including but not limited to, kitchen items, furniture, linens or towels, home décor or crafting supplies. If ANY item is missing, the coordinator will be charged for the replacement cost. An itemized invoice will be mailed to the coordinator for payment.
We expect normal wear and tear, but please let us know if something needs to be fixed so that we can repair it immediately. If major damages occur to the property; Live, Laugh, Love to Craft Retreat or its contents inside or outside the premises, you will be held responsible for repairs. An itemized invoice will be mailed to the coordinator for payment.
We want to make sure that everyone has a fun, relaxing time during their stay with us, so Live, Laugh, Love to Craft is an 18 and over establishment unless permission is given ahead of time. Occasionally Live, Laugh, Love to Craft Retreat will have special events such as pallet painting parties, card making parties, family craft days and/or weekends.
